No, you will be supported even if you don’t make a donation, but any contribution is welcome; even £1 can make a difference and help enhance someone’s mental health.

Yes, we offer you support whether you have been diagnosed or not.

No, we see you as a worthy human being going through a difficult time and we do not do use labels or diagnosis when supporting you.

We are currently working to set up the counselling service. If you wish to benefit from this service in the near future, please get in touch and we will place you on the waiting list.

We have a limited number of places for people on benefits and we require that they make a minimal donation between £1 to £5 for each session.

Yes, we offer an initial 12 sessions programme with the possibility of extending if needed.
