You can access our support directly through us or through referrals from your GP, specialist doctors, CMHT or word of mouth.
No, you will be supported even if you don’t make a donation, but any contribution is welcome; even £1 can make a difference and help enhance someone’s mental health.
Yes, we offer you support whether you have been diagnosed or not.
When you contact our organization to book an appointment for a consultation you will speak to a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist with experience in making mental health assessments.
No, we see you as a worthy human being going through a difficult time and we do not do use labels or diagnosis when supporting you.

Yes, we are setting our service to accomodate online sessions using a professional encrypted medical platform.
You will make an income based contribution. The low cost counselling is charged on a sliding scale, £1 for each £1,000 income.
We have a limited number of places for people on benefits and if you are offered a slot we require that you make a minimal donation between £1 to £5 for each session.
Yes, we offer an initial 12 sessions programme with the possibility of extending for up to 1 year if needed.
The counseling support is offered on a voluntary basis by qualified counsellors and psychotherapists registered with BACP or trainees in counselling and psychotherapy, members of BACP working towards accreditation.
We aim to support beneficiaries with a wide range of mental health conditions. In the event our organization is unable through its counsellors to provide specialized support to you i.e. if you have an enduring mental health problem, we will refer you to another organization in the primary/secondary care or towards more specialized support in the volunteer sector where they have the resources to support your particular need.

We welcome volunteers to help us in a broad range of areas from support in the office and telephone advice, to IT support, fundraising, mentoring/befriending, mental health research, content creation, digital marketing, social media support, etc.
